We now offer items ship next day and delivered within 4 business days. There is an additional charge of $19.99 per item reflected in the order total, exclusive to this item. If you add more items to your cart, you will be charged additional standard or express shipping based on your preference.

Shipping to International Destinations

Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total (excluding E-Gift Certificate) purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first. We apologize but no weekend, PO Box or Gift Card deliveries are available for international purchases.

There is no shipping and handling charge on Gift Card only orders with standard delivery.

Delivery Time Estimates and Considerations

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing.

Orders with "Out of Stock" item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.

There is always a 3-day minimum processing time except for super-express orders

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees
EastEssence ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.

USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Shipping On Returned Items

EastEssence.com stands by all the items. Please note there could be a slight variance in color due to screen resolutions which cannot be perceived as a defect. Also due to the manual nature of the hand embroideries there can be a slight variation in designs.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection. Exchanges for defective items will be made with identical size and item free of charge.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our address for return shipping will be emailed to you.

Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible), print, complete and include RMA response email and "Customs Documents" (if applicable).

After our customer service department receives and reviews your returned(s) a replacement item(s) will be mailed to you, if available, standard shipping unless requested otherwise, at no additional cost.

If no replacement item is available a full refund/credit for item cost and shipping charges will be given.

If you received the wrong item, to receive credit for your return shipping cost you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form.

If overnight, 2 day, or 3-day service is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent. For returns from International addresses, the shipping credit amount is subject to the following: If any standard shipping method is used, the full amount will be reimbursed. If any express shipping is used, only the amount USPS First-Class Mail International would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.

Will I be Charged Restocking Fees

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any item not qualified for immediate re-sale

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on orders that qualified for free shipping

A 30% restocking fee will be charged on any tampered or intentionally damaged merchandise
