Shipping Options :
Standard Delivery
- Standard delivery usually arrives within 7-8 business days, but may take up to 12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Express Delivery
- Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 2:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 5 business days from the shipped date.
- Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM EST, 11:00 AM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 6 business days from the shipped date.
- Express shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories will take an additional day.
Shipping Gift Cards:
- There is no shipping and handling charge on Gift Card only orders with USPS standard delivery. On Gift Card only orders with UPS standard delivery, there is a flat charge of $5.95. For express delivery, a flat rate of $16.95 will apply
- For orders containing a Gift Card and Merchandise, only the UPS delivery option is available. Please refer to the above shipping rates chart for both standard and express delivery rates.

International Shipping Restrictions :
- Delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
- Gift Card delivery to International addresses is not available.
- Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total (excluding E-Gift Certificate) purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE :
To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
- Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing.
- Orders with "Out of Stock" item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER :
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the "My Account" page and click on "Orders" to get the tracking number for your order. |

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees :
- Eastessence ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
- USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
