To shop online do I have to register? :
Yes. You must create an account with eastessence.com in order to make
online purchases and to enjoy other benefits. You will find that
registering is easy and FREE!

Why should I become a registered user? :
Registration gives you 24-hour shopping privileges and advance notices
of eastessence promotions, plus the following additional benefits:
1. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing
addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it
will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct
us otherwise.
2. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a
later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your
shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to
re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag
for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

I Forgot My Password :
Send us an email from your registered email address to
with "FORGOT PASSWORD" on the subject line. Or, go
to "My Account" page.Please click on "forgot my
password" link, located below the login space and follow the
instructions. |

I Forgot My Username:
If you have forgotten your username, please go to "My
Account." At Login Type, please select "email." Please
enter your registered email and password. Click "submit" to
login. Once logged in, to your account, click on "Personal
Info" so that you may retrieve your username. |
