Mail Order : Sorry, at this time, we are unable to process orders by mail.

Order Status : When your order has been received and you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please log on to your eastessence account to verify if your order has been placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders from getting placed. As a registered user you can also view your order status by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT" and logging in with your user ID or email address and password and then clicking on "ORDERS". You can also email us at support@eastessence.com with your full name and Order Number to enquire about your order status

Modify or Cancel Order : Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after 1 business day of receiving it. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email or Shipping Confirmation, please check your account by clicking "My Account" to verify that your order has been placed and to check the order status.
